Bottle at Apotekergaarden. Deep golden -orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sugar, yeast, malt, hop, fruit, grass. Flavour is sugar, yeast, malt, hop, fruit, grass. Medium body. OK/Nice beer.

Bottle, 75cl, at the brewpub. A hazy, orange beer topped by a small, off-white head. Some lacings. Pleasant fruityness, with some grass, a touch of pepper, peaches and white sugar. A hint of Belgian yeast too. There’s a fine bitterness in the flavor, it’s dry and quite soft on the palate, medium body. Fruity, lightly sugary flavor with a little bitterness. Some grass and as faint peppery hint. Lasting fruity finish with a nice bitterness. A really pleasant and lovely beer, thirst quenching and refreshing. 130324
