Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, green apples, cooked vegetable and some fruits. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with an average caramel and green apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the taproom. A more or less clear one, amber in color, topped by a small, beige head. Lacings. DMS and green apples on the nose, roasted hints. Some bitterness in the flavor, less DMS and acetyldehyde than in the aroma. Some roasted notes too. Medium body, quite dry. Short roasted finish. Not very successful. 130813
