Deep amber with off white head - Good malt aroma with some caramel - A good solid malt body that is sweet with caramel and some dark chocolate - Lingering malt finish that is sweet with caramel and some dark chocolate that leaves hint of biotterness - This was very good

Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, oak, vanilla and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty and spice finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. Lightly unclear, dark amber in color, with a beige head. Light roasted caramel aroma with a touch of tropical fruits. Caramel and lightly roasted malts in the flavor, a hint of bitterness too. Soft and full bodied. Caramel and a roasted touch in the end. Oak and vanilla hints too. A quite pleasant one. 130813

Draft @ the brewery. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty caramel toffee flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel toffee finish.

On tap at Stone. Pours with a clear brown to bronze body and an off-white head. Aromas are malty with a ton of esters, pear, caramel, alcohol and toffee. Flavors are bitter, with caramel and a lot of alcohol. Estery and some vanilla. Medium to high carbonation. Carmel and booze.
