On tap at the brewpub. A clear, pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma is fruity and malty, grainy, with some yellow apples. Soft and quite dry on the palate. Some sweetness in the flavor, with grains, yellow apples and a little bitterness. Overall a bit grainy, but refreshing. 130813

Draft. A light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt, citrus, and hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear gold-straw color with a thin and foamy white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of biscuity malt, hops and a touch of citrus. The finish is mildly hoppy and short. Average overall.

On tap at San Clemente. Pours with a small white head that fades over a clear yellow body. Aroma is grainy and grassy, Taste is grainy and grassy with light bread and a touch of lactose. Thin with light bubbles, dry mouthfeel. Passable.
