Centennial version on tap at the brewery. Pours with a clear golden yellow hued body and a foamy white head. Citrusy, pine, grapefruit pith and resiny aromas with mild apple. Resiny, pine, earthy and citrus flavors. Medium malt, dry. Off-dry, medium carbonation.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pine, citrus and hint of caramel, Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long piney, citrus and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the Brea location. A clear, golden beer with a white head leaving curtains. Fruity, peachy aroma with some pine cones. Nice bitterness in the flavor, as well as peaches and pine cones. Dry on the palate. Lasting finish. Sure a nice one. 130812
