Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long dry and yeasty finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. A lightly hazy one, golden in color and topped by a small, white head. Baked banana and some white sugar in the aroma, generally rather fruity. Banana flavor too, with a little, but sufficient bitterness, and it’s quite dry. Medium body, nicely carbonated. Fruity, bitter finish with banana. Overall, a tad focused on banana, but it’s refreshing and tasteful. 130807
