Pours hazy copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, ginger, grass and fruity. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long fruity and ginger finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl, at the brewpub. Courtesy of the brewery. An unclear reddish orange beer with a small, dense off-white head. There’s quite a lot of ginger in the aroma, but at a pleasant level, balanced. It’s quite fruity, tropical, with a faint yeasty touch. It’s full bodied and smooth, with a little alcohol warmth. Pleasant level of ginger in the flavor too. Fruity, lightly malty. Lasting finish. Overall, it feels a bit fresh, but it’s one of the best ginger beers I’ve had. 140920
