A noble brew for those beer enthusiasts who prefer a traditional Bohemian pilsner - beer with a flavor and aroma bouquet derived from the world-renown Saaz hops. Fittingly for the brewery’s flagship brew, this refreshing beer is known for its bright white head of thick foam as well as for its spicy and citrus flavor with a hoppy finish.

Draught@Kochi Aitad, Tallinn. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden notes with mild diacetyl to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild nectar as well as some wood, earth and nice sprucelike notes. Aftertaste also has some coriander/perilla like notes. Best one of their own beers during my visit.

50cl on tap at the brewpub. Very hazy golden with a small, white head. Mild malty aroma with some hoppy notes, herbs and hints of grass. Moderate sweet, mild flavours and a light bitterness in the finish. Fair enough and refreshing on a hot day, but nothing yo write home about.

Draught @ the brewpub
Aroma is hayish with buttery notes. Also some grainy malt and hints of grass. Flavour is dry with hay, some grassy hops and some grain. Finishes with herbal tones. Also some slight plastic off-flavour. Quite easy-going.

This is quite close to their pale lager - but the lager is more refreshing and this one has butter.

Tap@Kochi Ait 6.7.2013 Slighlty hazy orange color, small white head. Grainy, sweetish malty aroma. Light bodied. Sweetish worty, grainy notes, finish has some citrusy hoppyness. Quite German.

(Keg at Kochi Ait Trahter, 20130703) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had butter, grass and mildly grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, sweetness, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Again a too sweet beer and the butter in the aroma was confusing, too.
