Bottle at apotekergaarden. Golden-orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is apple, hop, pine, malt, yeast. Flavour is malt, hop, pine, caramel, yeast. Bitter finish. Nice beer.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at the brewpub. #19. An unclear orange-golden beer topped by a dense light beige head. Pine cones, resins, some pale malts and white sugar. Notes of Belgian yeast. It’s quite bitter on the palate, not as dry as the aroma suggests. Nice, but a bit high carbonation level. Pine cones, resins and some citrus peel. Peppery yeast. Nice bitter finish. Quite pleasant this one. 140714
