Bottle, at the brewpub. It’s a dark golden beer with a medium sized white head. The aroma has a little maltyness in the back, with grass and pine cones doing most of the work. There’s a faint anise touch in the flavor, guess it’s some hop thing, with grass, pine cones and a decent bitterness. Some pale malts too. Decent carbonation level, medium body, quite dry on the palate. Fruity, grassy finish with some bitterness. Nothing extraordinary going on here, but it’s an easy drinkable beer I guess wouldn’t scare anyone. 140624
