On tap at the brewpub. A dark brown beer with a small, dense light beige head. The aroma is lightly roasted, with lots of raisins and prunes. Some coffee notes, chocolate and a hoppy, herbal touch. The flavor has a nice sweetness level, it’s actually more on the dry side, with dark dried fruits, some dark sugar and coffee. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Long finish with dried fruits and some balancing bitterness. A clean and quite nice one, but a bit low on complexity. 141026
