On tap at John bull. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, hop, coffee. Flavour is roasted malt, hop, coffee, licorice, pine, citrus, cocoa. Nice beer.

Draught @ John Bull Pub, Aalborg
Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, citrus and floral. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long roasted, citrus, coffee and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at John Bull, Aalborg. A very dark brown beer, hazy, with a small beige head. The aroma is roasted and quite hoppy, leading my thoughts to Black IPA. Licorice, pine cones, citrus peel and a coffee note. The flavor is rather bitter and roasted, pine cones and toast, some citrus zest. Thinnish body, soft carbonation, quite dry. Lasting roasted and hop-bitter finish. Quite nice this one, but not very Porter like. 141026
