Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel/toffee and coconut. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate and coconut finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. Next to black pour, a dense, finger thick dark beige head on top. Some curtains. Toffee, roasted malts, lactose-sweetness and something that might be coconut, but really subdued. Semi sweet on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Low on bitterness all the way. Rather boring this one. 150617
