On tap at Haand Festival. A dark brown beer topped by a small, beige head. The aroma is roasted and lightly vinegar-ish, some lacto hints showing up, and with hints of bonfire and chocolate. The flavor has many of the same elements, but I’m not really sure if it really was vinegar and lacto I smelt. It’s medium bodied, soft and dry on the palate, quite low carbonation level. Roasted finish with a fruity touch. A very smooth and quite nice one. 140524

24.05.2014, tap @ HaandFestival:
Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, dark malts, hay, grass, sorrel, sulfur, nuts. Taste is kind of sour-ish dry, grass, sorrel, oak, dark malts, bark, harsh yeast, hints of almond essence. Longlasting bitterness, dry harsh mouthfeel. Meh!
