On tap at the Brewpub 281016. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Flavor is orange, malt, hop, yeast, spices. Easy drinkable beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Almost clear in the glass, dark golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head leaving curtains. The aroma is fruity-sweetish and quite yeasty, with a touch of peppery spices. It’s sweet and fruity in the flavor, yet not really sweet in the mouth. Not as dry as it should either, but at least with a good carbonation level. Pale malts in the back, along with some yeast flavor. Decent bitterness. Fruit dominated finish. Not the most exciting saison I’ve had, guess they should’ve stored it for some time, that should hopefully clean out most of the yeast aroma and flavor. 161028
