On tap at the brewpub. A creamy dark beige head sits on top of a brown body. Caramel, some chocolate, oatmeal biscuits and cloves in the aroma, with a good dash of ripe bananas. It’s smooth yet sort of effervescent, it’s semi sweet and medium to full bodied, with banana, chocolate, toffee, biscuits and a touch of bitterness. Long finish that is a bit more on the fruity side.
