On tap at Bergen Ølfestival, while being interviewed by TV2 about my rating hobby. It’s light brown in color, with a dense, finger-thick beige head. Caramel, some dried fruits and a hint of alcohol in the aroma. Nutty notes. It’s full-bodied, sweet and with a light warmth. Roasted malts, caramel and dried fruits in the mouth, lasting for a good while. Not your everyday porter, but I like it. It’s tasteful and quite pleasant, and sort of easy drinkable too. 150905

04.08.2015, tap @ Bergen Ølfestival:
Small shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange, wet wash cloth, hay, flowers, plastics, grass, wet grass, weeds. Taste is slightly dry and harsh, weeds, wet hay, medicine, wet grain, burnt grain, paper. Medium bitterness, medical harsh and watery mouthfeel. Meh!

Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, marzipan and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly warm, caramel and nutty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
