Bottle. A big dark beige head forms over a very dark body. Sourish-roasted aroma with dark dried fruits, yeast and some coffee. It’s medium bodied, dry and with a bit too much carbonation. Quite dry. Roasted malts, coffee notes, dark dried fruits and coffee hints in the flavor, mostly on the sweet side, but also with quite a lot of dryness. Lasting roasted malts dominated finish. Bet this one would be much better if it was finished fermenting. 180210

21.11.2017, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, toast, weeds, minerals, roasted grain, grass, hay, raw cabbage, soil, salty licorice, sour coffee, paper. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, sour-ish roasted grain, minerals, paper, burnt toast, grass, bark, metal tank, hay, sour coffee. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh burnt mouthfeel. So boring.

Black stuff with a fine lasting beige head. Good lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness. Spices, vanilla, roast and chocolate in the flavor. Nice complexity for a 4,7% beer!
