Light amber with off white head - Malt aroma with some fruity tones - Malt body with light yeasty and sweet tropical fruity flavours - The malt goes into the finish with some sweet hints of fruits - This was good

On tap at Haand Festival. A lightly hazy golden to amber colored beer with a finger thick off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has both fresh and dried fruits, with dark sugar and cellar notes. The flavor has enough bitterness to deal with the sweetness from the sugar and malts, and a distinct cellar touch in the back. It's quite fruity, with some dried apricot and a prune-ish touch. The alcohol is well hidden both on the nose and in the mouth. Full body and a nice carbonation, feeling both dry and sugary. Lasting fruity finish. A decent tripel indeed. 170526
