25cl at the London Cider Company, Borough Market. Aroma is boozy and fruity. Clear amber. No head. Very sweet but with a roasted apple soyr streak. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish.

(Bottle, labeled 35°Brix 2015, 11.5%) Reddish mahogany colour with no head. Fruity, vinous nose with notes of red apples, calvados, balsamic vinegar and pink grapefruit. Fruity, vinous, tart taste with tart red apples, calvados, wood, blood orange, balsamic vinegar, syrup, hints of sweet mead and a sweet and slightly tart finish. Full body, sweet. Tasty and warming ice cider with hints of tart apples and calvados. Very nice.

[10/23/2021] Bottle sample at Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear deep golden. Rich apples, alcohol note, caramel, a bit cookie-ish, sweet and a bit sourish, honey-ish note, rounded. Great.

Munich Ratebeer Group Tasting at Jonas, Garching Friday 22nd October 2021. Pours clear light almost orange. Super sweet but apple pie sweetness, really nice, taste lingers further a day, great. Wonderful, simply lovely.

Bottle from Jonas. Syrupy gold. Smooth nose of apple & caramel. Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, clean apple flavor, amazing syrupy flavor balanced by the acidity. Top Brännlands!

Clear amber. Aroma is raisin apple syrup light cream. Taste is sweet apple syrup and gummybears with some sour apple crisp. Intense. Finish of more gummy bears and sweet apple. Very well rounded. Nice.

2016 version, noticable by it's lower alcoholcontent due to the higher natural acidity. It was also barrelfermented a bit more than other versions. As they reccomend to age it in the bottle a bit to fully express the specific vintage's character, I decided to keep this. untill now (early 2021).
Pours fairly clear, rather dark golden. Scent is thick, intense and juicy apple. Taste is full, intense applesauce, thick and robust. I agree, it has some acidity, but it's very well blended in and provides a very nice balance. Very aromatic. A benchmark for Ice Cider. Even a very light touch of bottleCO2. Noticable alcohol in the back, not boozy, but noticable. Lovely ice cider

375ml bottle, as 'Brannland Iscider 34* Brix' 9.0%. Bought online from The Fine Cider Co, London. Pours clear pale golden with no head. Aroma: tart apple, sweet apple, treacle. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet & light tart, tangy sweet apples, treacle. Medium body with very light / no carbonation. Great balance of flavours.
