Flaska från SB. Vintage 2015, 11,4%. Klar kopparfärgad. Sött och maffigt med söta äppeltoner, russin, lite inslag av konjak och calvados, samt vitt vin. Stor och kletig kropp med fin alkoholvärme. Stort, sött och enkelspårigt, men gott just så.

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is sweet apple, sugar, light cinnamon. Sweet taste. Light to medium oily body with flat carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Clear golden with white head. Sweet apples, old apple peels, apple pie. Massive sweet and almond nutty bitter, lovely level of citric acid. Full body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT. Clear dark golden with no head. Sweet apples, soft cinnamon, candy, light pear, caramel, tart apple juice, toffee, apple pie that my gran used to make with Boskoop apple. Quite sweet, over light tart. Full bodied. Solid.
