Solsletta 311219. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, yeast. Flavor is apple, yeast, grass, lemon. Ordinary cider.

Bottle. A hazy pale golden colored cider with a few bubbles on top. Apple driven aroma with some apple cores and a touch of grass and lemon. It's medium to full-bodied, dry and softly carbonated, with a quite lemony flavor. Apple and a grassy touch. Easy drinkable, but lacking on complexity. 191231

Small fizzy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, hay, apple cores, sour apples, yeast, minerals, apple peel, sawdust, hints of sulfur. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, hay, apple cores, yeast, grass, citrus acid, apple peel. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.
