Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 27.04.20. Shiny clear golden. No head. Very good aroma and taste of apple zest, wild apples, bitter cider apples, leather and apple bitterness which is lingering on. Good!

Bottle, 75cl. A clear pale golden colored cider, still. A bit yeasty aroma, apple, apple cores and grass. It's medium bodied and a bit sweet on the palate, with a bit boring apple flavor. Apple finish too. Nothing special going on here, but it's sure drinkable. Guess it needs some food. 191231

Bottle. Clear pale golden body with a short living white head. Aroma has clean apple, green apple and apple core. No distinct cellar notes but a faint hint. Flavor is what I would say medium dry with a little hint of acid from fresh apples, apple core and also a faint hint of cellar in flavor as well. Nice and refreshing, very easy drinkable when served chilled. A bit on the sweet side when temperature raises. Not particular complex, but highly enjoyable, will definitively repeat.

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, Lot No. 1/18, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.3%. Very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Distinct and complex floral and apple aroma of the said 5 eating apple varieties. Lively and medium sweet apple flavour.
