Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, yellow apples, hay, grass, minerals, yeast, sorrel, apple cores. Taste is sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, yeast, apple cores, citrus acid, hay, grass. Sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, refreshing.
