On tap at the source. It's an unclear orange-golden colored beer with a finger thick dense white head. The aroma is mostly on the fruity side, with peach notes and canned pears. Some yeasty fruitiness too, and a light touch of white bread. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, not really sweet, not really dry, and with a pleasant bitterness. Fruity flavor too, more or less just like expected considering the aroma, with a very light spiced yeast touch, some grass and a little pine cone touch. Fruity finish. An easy drinkable that shouldn't frighten anyone. 190813

14.05.2018, tap @ source:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly sweet floral, wet hay, minerals, weeds, wet grass, yeast, flowers, sap, light malts, fresh wood. Taste is slightly dry grassy, hay, weeds, wet grass, minerals, sap, flowers, light malts, yeast, moss, old wash cloth, paper. Little bitterness, slightly watery and sweet grassy mouthfeel. Boring.
