On tap at Rekord Bar. An almost clear cider, pale golden in color and headless. Apples, barnyard-ish funk and orchard in the aroma. It's dry and nicely carbonated, lightly tart, with a clean apple flavor, some funk and apple cores. Long finish. Sure not the most complex cider I've had, but it's easy drinkable and quite nice. 180818

Rekord bar 180818. Golden color with no head. Aroma is yeast, apple, sourness. Flavor is yeast, apples, sourness, hint of farmhouse. Nice one.
