Solsletta 071118. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, hop, malt, bread. Flavor is yeast, malt, hop, caramel, bread, fruit, caramel, apricot, apple. Lively carbonated beer.

Can. It's a clear dark golden colored beer with a dense two-finger off-white head. The aroma is quite fruity, with caramel in the back. Hints of chocolate, green and yellow apples, bread and some yeast. It's rather effervescent on the palate, semi-dry and medium bodied, with a light bitter flavor. Caramel, dried apricot, apples and some notes of toffee and chocolate. Even something spiced kicking in, almost in a chili way. Fruity, bitter, spiced finish with bready malts. Sure not a beer I'll repeat. Way too carbonated, not very amber-ish and sort of messy. 181107
