Solsletta 220818.Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay, grain. Flavor is dry, fruit, malt, hay, grain, citrus, pine, bread. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. It pours a huge, dense, off-white head over a heavily carbonated unclear orange colored body. The aroma is very citrusy and quite piney, close to funky, with a light malty touch and some bread. Some tropical fruit notes in the flavor, it's mostly on the fruity side anyway, with some pine cones and a decent bitterness. Some pale malt in the back, but it's quite dry and there's not much sweetness. I suspect there's something funky going on in the bottle, but it sort of works. I'd guess saison or some generic Belgian ale, not pils if I was going to guess beer style for this one. Sort of easy drinkable, but far from exiting or interesting anyway. 180822
