On tap at the brewpub. An unclear yellow colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is piney, resiny and grapefruity, with little to none maltyness. It's medium to full-bodied, quite dry, and with a pleasant carbonation. More bitterness than expected considering the style, which is the way I prefer it. The flavor has some very light pale malts and sweetness, but as in the aroma it's the hops that dominates. Pine cones, grapefruit and some resin notes. Lasting hoppy finish. A refreshing and easy drinkable one, well suited for a warm summer day. 190607

Nydalen Spiseri 070619. Golden -yellow color with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is tropical fruits, fruit, malt, hop, pine, grapefruit. Easy drinkable beer.
