Pours deep red with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of apple, black currant and lime. Taste is light sweet with a long lime, black currant and apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Can. A crystal clear brownish red cider with a small white head. The aroma is quite berry-ish, with a caramel touch. Some citrus notes. It's medium bodied, semi-sweet and quite pleasantly carbonated, with a sweetish berry flavor. Some citrus and a vague caramel touch too. Blackcurrant dominated finish. Sort of tasteful, but too sweet, and the apples are way too hidden. 210613
