pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, rhubarb and citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, citrus and rhubarb finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

KYGGK 020521. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, lemon, bread, rhubarb. Flavor is sourness, lemon, bread, rhubarb, salt, yoghurt, bread.

Bottle. It's a clear golden colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma is lemony, with yoghurt notes and bready pale malts. Rhubarb kicking in when it warms up slightly. It's sour and medium bodied, with a pleasant carbonation. Nice rhubarb flavor with lemony notes and a touch of salt and bread dough. Lasting finish. A nice rhubarb sour indeed. 210502
