Solsletta 080521. THX to Yngwie. Black color with a brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, bourbon, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, cocos, alcohol, bourbon, wood, dried fruit. Very nice beer.

To young to fall in love….well I will gladly try this one in about 3 or 4 years Way to much wood now Black pour with a fine solid beige head Good intensity in the aroma. Wood…… Very balanced sweetness for a beer like this Also a fine carbonation level and a well masked alcohol level Dangerously easy to drink Heavy wood….have I mentioned this before… Also chocolate, some coconut (when I know the answer) and dark malt in the flavor [Can from Kenneth]

Can. Jet black with a dark beige head. Oily pour. Bourbon, dark sugar, toffee, some dark chocolate and a hint of wood and coconut in the aroma. It's warming, full bodied and softly carbonated, with flavors of roasted malts, bourbon, coconut and wood hints, and some licorice and dark dried fruits. Burnt notes too, especially in the finish. Nice indeed, but a bit boozy. Edit 210907: It's now much smoother, the alcohol aroma, flavor and warmth less pushing, and I wouldn't be surprised if it gets even better later on.
