Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry funky floral, apple peel, leafs, yeast, hay, minerals, apple cores, grass, overripe dusty apples, bark, alcohol, unripe bitter apples. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, apple cores, grass, minerals, bark, unripe dusty apples, leafs, alcohol. Longlasting harsh bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

YG 130121. Golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sulphur, sourness, yeast, apple core, grass, alcohol. Decent cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear golden colored cider, more or less still, with some white bubbles. The aroma is quite apple-sweetish, with apple jam, cinnamon hints, apple cores, some grass and caramel. Yeast too, and some alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-tart yet with a sweetness, and with a pleasant carbonation. Ripe apples, tartness, cookie dough, caramel hints, some grass and a sulphury hint in the flavor. Sort of sulphury in the finish too. A quite decent one, nice apple flavor, but in general a bit rough and edgy. 210113
