Small bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy reddish golden color. Aroma is dry funky floral, mild vinegar, bark, old cellar, fruit stones, cardboard, minerals, sorrel, weeds, apple cores, unripe apples, berry skin, hints of sulfur. Taste is dry sour-ish floral, mild vinegar, apple cores, hay, weeds, leafs, sorrel, sour apples, brett, paper, soil, berry sin. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Meh!

GY 011120. Red golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apples, sourness, aronia, dust, funk, lemon. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A reddish-orange colored cider, mostly clear, with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is quite funky and lemony, with barnyard, leather and a touch of raisin. It's tart and medium-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a good funky flavor. Apple, lemon, some dark berry-ish notes, hints of leather and grass, and with a cellar touch. Long tart, lemony apple finish. Sure not bad this one, but too rouch on the edges I think. 201101
