Bottle, 75cl. An unclear yellow colored cider with some huge floaties. Some white bubbles on top. Pears, apples, hints of grass and a touch of lemon in the aroma. Some cellar hints and a touch of yeast. It's dry and medium bodied, softly carbonated, with flavors of pears, apples and grass. Some yeasty hints in the far back. Long finish with more focus on the apples than the pears, whereas the aroma was more on the pear side I think. 200805

Mild gusher. Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly hazy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, apple peel, brett, flowers, citrus, hay, sour apples, hints of ripe pears. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, sorrel, hay, brett, unripe pear, apple peel, citrus apple cores. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.
