YG 270620. Yellow color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, sulphur, alcohol, cellar notes, pears, grass. Ordinary.

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy pale yellow cider with some white bubbles. A citric aroma with lots of cellar and almost overripe apples. Some alcohol, vinegar and acetone. It's medium bodied and tart on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Vinegar, apple, hints of pear, and a touch of grass in the flavor. Long finish. An interesting one, some qualities, but too vinegary for me. 200627
