Bottle, 75cl corked, from trade with Inbreak. A clear, pale yellowish golden cider, still and headless. It has a pleasant lightly sweetish apple aroma with some overripe yellow apples, grassy green ones and a faint fruit cellar touch. It's lightly warming on the palate, dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Ripe apples, grass, some yeast notes and alcohol in the flavor. Hints of cellar too. Lasting finish with the same elements found in the initial flavor. A really pleasant one indeed. 200618
