Shared bottle on the boat deck of Fridtjofen with TO, Svein, VKJ, Inger Elise og TH 12.06.20. Cloudy pale straw colour. Some white head. Fine aroma and taste of sour wild apples, farmhouse cider, a hint of unripe sour perries and lemons. Citrus sourness is lingering on.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, sour apples, brett, apple peel, flowers, leafs, citrus peel. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, brett, flowers, apple cores, citrus peel, hay, leafs, apple peel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.

Kjerrheia 040520. Golden -yellow color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is sourness, apple, kvede, sulphur, grass, lemon. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear yellow cider with some floaties. Sour-ish apple aroma with grass and some lemon. Heavily carbonated, dry, almost tart, with a medium body fullness. No alcohol detected. Apple and hints of unripe pears in the flavor, with some grassy hints and a touch of lemon. Long finish. A refreshing but a bit uninteresting cider. 200503
