Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, oak, apple cores, bark, mild vinegar, sorrel, apple peel, unripe apples, minerals, flowers, berry skin. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle, 750ml. Vintage 2019-20. It's an unclear pale yellow colored beer with some very short-lived white bubbles. Funky apple driven aroma with grass, apple cores and some hay. It's full to medium bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry. Apple cores, fresh apple, grass, flower notes, funk and wood in the flavor. Alcohol hints. Fruity finish. A decent one, refreshing too, but it didn't give me any goosebumps. 220504
