Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, raspberry, hay, grass, apple peel, soda powder, raspberry candy, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour raspberries, apple cores, hay, grass, sour apples, bark, apple peel, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

KYGGK 080122. Red golden color with some pinkish bubbles. Aroma is apples, raspberries, applecore. Flavor is apples, raspberries, applecore, acidic, grass. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml. 2019 vintage. It's almost clear in the glass, reddish dark golden in color, with some bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of pleasant apple flavors, with some berry hints. Notes of apple cores. . It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated, with a good dash of acidity. Apple, raspberry hints, grass notes and some apple cores in the flavor. Long finish. Splendid as aperitif. 220108
