On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear pale yellow colored beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma has doughy white bread, some hints of lemon and a touch of lactic acid. It's medium bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with a light acidity and even a faint bitterness. White bread, dough, some lemon and lactic acid and a faint note of grass in the flavor. Lasting sour finish. A pleasant and refreshing Berliner indeed. 190712

Kristiansand Bryggerifestival 2019. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, yeast. Flavor is sourness, salt, fruit, , yeast. OK beer.
