500ml bottle, #0452, bought at Eide Handel. Shared at a rating session with Finn. Huge white head over a misty amber body, spotty lacing. Moderately malt-forward aromas, hints of brown, bread-like malts. The taste profile has got traces of bread, caramel, and herbal hops. Mid-sweet malty finish, with a little resinous bite. Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, floral and herbal. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty and floral finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Solsletta 010921. Pale amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is bread, malt, caramel. Flavor is bread, malt, caramel, herbs, juniper, grass. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. It's faintly hazy one, deep golden to amber in color, with a minimalistic white head. The aroma is quite herbal, heather and myrica gale it seems, but this beer is made with juniper and crowberries according to the label. Bready malts, grass, hints of hay and pine cones too. It's medium to thin bodied, velvety, rather low on carbonation, and semi-sweet. Bread, caramel, grass, hay, pine cones and a touch of candy, along with a vague bitterness and herbal notes in the flavor. Medium length finish. Easy drinkable this one, but a bit gentle all the way I think. 210901

Gylden brun klar med beige skum. Lukter grønt gress, mørk sirup og maltekstrakt. Lett. Smaker maltekstrakt, brunt sukker og noe papp. Kort.
