Bottle, 75cl corked. A still, clear, golden colored cider. Headless. Rather sweetish apple aroma, with apple pie notes, apple juice, some cellar and a funky touch. Some alcohol notes too. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, quite dry, lightly acidic, with lots of sweet apple flavors. Some grass, alcohol, cellar, leather and wood too. Some sweetness and a good tartness in the apple dominated finish. A bit too sweetish this one, and surprisingly alcoholic for the ABV level. 210715
