YG 160923. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, malt, spices. Flavor is yeast, fruit, malt, spices, grass, citrus. OK beer.

Bottle. A huge white head forms over a clear, lively golden colored body. Foamy lacing. The aroma has a pleasant yeastyness, fruity, grassy and peppery, with some nice pale malts and a chalky touch. It's medium bodied and crisp on the palate, appropriately carbonated and dry, with a gentle and suitable bitterness. The flavor has some biscuity pale malts in the back, with generic fruityness, grass and some citrus flavor. Notes of pepper and chalk/yeast. Medium length finsh that feels a bit dead, almost like too much carbonation left early to form a head. Anyway, it's a quite decent and refreshing brew. 230915

Bottle @ home. Almost clear, pale golden body under a medium sized white head. Mild aroma, light malt and spicy yeast. Clean taste, sweet, pale malt, slightly fruity and spicy yeast. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Not much going on here, but a easy drinkable, quite refreshing, clean Bier de garde.
