On tap at the brewpub. An unclear pale yellow-golden colored beer with a nice white head. Lacing. The aroma has lots of grapefruit and pine cones, with little else going on. Some pale malt, grass and generic tropical fruit. It's full bodied and very nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. Quite dry. Grapefruit and pine cones in the flavor too, leaving little room for the malts. Long bitter and fruity finish. Quite delicious this one, quenching, but like most NEIPA's it's not a beer to drink a lot of. 230807
