KYGG 080423. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, chili, sourness, grass, alcohol, lemon. Nice cider.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, mild grassy chili, hay, flowers, sour apples, minerals, apple peel. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish grassy, apple peel, grassy chili, apple cores, minerals, bark, hay, flowers, paper, sour apples. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, mild warming chili touch. Fair enough.

Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma has notes of apple and hint of chili. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long sweet apple and mild chili finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A straw colored cider, still and headless. The aroma has fresh apple juice, with a tad of pear and some grassy, vegetal hints. Some alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with an apple driven flavor. Some vegetal chili notes, pear and a touch of citrus juice. A hint of chili warmth too, but very gentle. More chili flavor in the finish. Quite nice this one. 230408

Lys gul nesten transparent. Lukter tydelig chili. Lett. Smaker tydelig epler før chilien kommer og overtar. Sitter noe, men ikke for lenge.
