Bottle at Ben's. Pours clear golden, nose is funk, honey, lemon balm, oak, little bit of mint, taste is juicy citrus, lemon zest, oak, floral.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, straw, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, malt, straw, spices, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

Patricks 180223. Golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, yeast, unk. Flavor is fruit, yeast, oak, citrus, wine, oak, tropical fruit. Nice beer.

On tap at Patrick's. A lightly hazy orange-golden colored beer with a finger thick offhwhite head. Some lacing. Lightly funky aroma with generic fruityness, dusty, with some tropical hints. It's medium bodied and quite smooth on the carbonation. Pale malts, yeasty, funk and a good fruityness in the flavor. Tropical. Medium length finish. Nah, sure not brewed for me this one. 230218

Tap @ Patricks. Slightly unclear golden body under a fine, big, white head with lacings down my glass. Delicate aroma, pale malt, fruity, distinct oak and mild funk and hint of white berries. Taste is quite smooth with soft pale malt, light citric fruit, distinct oak, apple and hint of acidity and vanilla. Some bitterness becoming more recognizable after a few sips. Balanced body with rather dry aftertaste. Nice, tasty, balanced and gentle funkiness. Could easily have a lot of this.

Tight white head on a n unclear dark amber coloured body. Zesty, sour & oaked aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a light tingle on the back & dry aft. Citrus, woody, white wine, earthy & delicately spiced tastes with a sour finish. Quite nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Beavertown online. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, subtle salty tang, subdued funk, a little oaky dryness, lemon, low acidity. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more mild pale woody dryness, lemony bite, a little hay. Nice stuff.
