Small bubbly mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, oak, apple peel, minerals, yeast, unripe apples, flowers, bark, hints of mild vinegar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour dusty apples, mild vinegar, yeast, oak, apple cores, sorrel, minerals, apple peel, flowers, bark, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle, 75cl. A faintly hazy pale golden colored cider with a good carbonation but no head. The aroma is lightly funky at first, but when it warms up it feels even more funky. Lemon, barnyard, hay and fresh yellow apple. Some vinegar. Well hidden alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, with a light warmth. Fresh apple juice, a spiced hint, apple cores, vinegar notes, white sugar, barnyard and a hint of lemon and alcohol. Lasting fruity finish. Not sure if I like it or not, it's too vinegary, but I like the funk and fruityenss. 230128
