Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, yellow apples, hay, leafs, flowers, grass, minerals, dried apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, flowers, sorrel, unripe apples, minerals, alcohol, grass, bark, apple cores, leafs, hints of citrus. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

YG 110123. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur, sourness. Flavor is apple.sulphur, sourness, sugar, alcohol, grass. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear straw colored cider with some carbonation. No head though. The aroma has a light cellar note, some apple cores and warm apple jam, but mostly it's fresh apple. A touch of alcohol too. It's sort of silky on the palate, full to medium bodied, semi-dry and with a soft carbonation. Apple driven flavor, of course, with some notes of cellar, grass, wood and apple peel. A bit short finish. Sure a pleasant one, but in a way I feel there's something missing in all stages of the experience. Might work better with food. 230111
