Solsletta / Nyttår Desember 2022. Golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, grass, hop, hay. Flavor is pine, grass, hop, hay, spices, grain, bread, citrus. Nice beer.

Bottle. It's very lightly foggy in the glass, almost clear, with a nice golden color and a dense two-finger off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is as crisp as the beer name indicates, with piney and grassy hops, biscuity and lightly hay-ish pale malts and a peppery hint. It's medium to full-bodied, quite chewy, nicely carbonated and rather dry on the palate, perhaps a bit gentle on the hops. Not for the style though, but a bit more hoppy bitterness and flavor would make feel it even crisper. Hay, pale malts, white bread, grass notes, pine cones and some citrus zest in the flavor. Quite long finish for a pils. A very pleasant pilsner indeed, easy drinkable and tasteful, and quite refreshing too. 221230

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, dust, grass and hint of floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long grainy and grassy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy. Not my type of beer but not to bad for a pils.
